counting down

some of my favorite things in miami...

and they're just a month and a half away!:

1.

2 of the 3 urban outfitters addresses in miami. sunset is the closest to my aunt's house [aka my digs for a few weeks in july]. while i'm not interning, i'll probably be begging for spare change so i can buy a pair of jellies or a set of candy-colored mugs that i really don't need.

2.
american apparel at lincoln road. i like the layout of this aa better than most of the ones i've been to...and the sales associates aren't bitchy. whew.

3.
ummhellzyes books & books. if it weren't for my love of clothes, i would end up spending all of my paycheck in one visit.

4.
fairchild gardens. this picture is from the chihuly installation i saw 2 spring breaks ago. fairchild is gorgeous, but the big, nasty iguanas running around still creep me out.

5.
un cortadito, por favor. [or however you say it in eeeespaneeesh]. cuban coffee/espresso is my crack.

any other suggestions for me while i'm in miami?

i have no idea what the nightlife consists of other than what "the bird cage" consists of.
